It’s finally starting to feel like fall here - crisp, foggy mornings, sunflowers bowing their heads, pumpkins turning orange… and although we just have another 10-ish days left of September, with Michaelmas landing squarely at the end of the month, I wanted to share this printable planner page with you anyway.
Though it’s inspired by Michaelmas and fits September well, it’ll also transition into the early part of October with its autumnal details! This is part of a larger project I’ve been tinkering with - making planner pages and additional resources themed around one feast day per month. And, especially since this is an experiment, I’d love to hear any feedback you may have on what YOU would like to see in liturgical calendar resources!
(This page features autumnal blackberries, a Michaelmas blackbird, and the Michaelmas daisy - some classic emblems of the holiday. The original painting was created with watercolor paint & a dip pen…I’ve really been enamored with the process of the dip pen lately, and might even tinker with making my own ink with fallen walnuts. More on that soon, I hope…)
In the meantime, please enjoy this planner page - the first step at offering more monthly resources!
