To go alongside my recent Marymas post, here are a few printables for you!
Cover Sheet: This simple botanical cover sheet is designed for your Liturgical Calendar Binder - featuring Our Lady’s Fringes, a traditional flower of Marymas. You could also print it out and just post it to your fridge or bulletin board as a reminder of the colors and florals of Mary’s Nativity!
Marymas Grape Soda Recipe: A herald of Autumn days, Concord grapes make for a bright, refreshing soda - perfect for spells of warmer weather during the early fall. On her Nativity, Mary often bears the name “Our Lady of the Grape Harvest”; grapes are sometimes brought to churches to be blessed on this day, and they also adorn her statues.
Concord grapes were developed in Concord, Massachusetts, and they're usually harvested from September to late October. These grapes would make a perfect addition to a liturgical soda fountain repertoire for Our Lady’s Nativity! Garnished with sprigs of wheat, this soda also serves as a reminder of the Eucharist.
Just tap on the download buttons below to save & print. I hope you enjoy - let me know if you try the grape soda!
